SERVO-HYDRAULIC SOLUTION

TWO-PLATEN SPACE SAVING

Smart. Efficient. Energy-Saving.

The 5th generation of the Haitian Jupiter Series represents a significant evolution in two-platen injection molding technology, engineered for enhanced performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. Building on years of proven success, the new generation introduces key upgrades across the entire system—ranging from a reengineered clamping unit for faster, smoother movements to a more rigid platen design that improves stability and mold protection. The injection unit has been refined for greater precision and responsiveness, while the integrated KEBA control system delivers a more intuitive, flexible user experience with advanced monitoring and process control features.

One of the standout advancements in the 5th generation Jupiter Series is its focus on energy optimization and intelligent operation. The machines are equipped with Haitian’s latest servo-hydraulic technology and a newly developed electric charging system (standard on small and medium injection units), significantly reducing energy consumption while maintaining high output and repeatability. Smart production features, including real-time data tracking and Industry 4.0 compatibility, make the new Jupiter ideal for large-part molding in automotive, appliance, and logistics applications. It’s a future-ready platform that blends high performance with lower operating costs—offering manufacturers a competitive edge in demanding production environments.

INDUSTRIES

AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY

High-precision, performance-critical components that must meet strict industry standards for strength, dimensional stability, and consistency—often at high volumes and tight tolerances.

APPLIANCE INDUSTRY

Appliance and white goods components present a unique set of molding challenges that combine aesthetic expectations with mechanical performance. These parts require high-quality surface finishes, tight dimensional control, and long-term durability under repeated use and environmental stress.

ULTRA LARGE PARTS

Molding ultra-large parts is a specialty that demands a unique combination of high-tonnage machinery, expertly engineered molds, and deep process knowledge. These parts—such as large automotive panels, pallet containers, appliance housings, or structural components—require massive shot capacities, extended platen distances, and powerful clamping forces to handle both size and material flow without compromising part integrity.

LOGISTICS INDUSTRY

Logistics and pallet parts are all about strength, durability, and cost efficiency. From a molder’s perspective, these heavy-duty components—pallets, bins, totes, crates, and dunnage trays—must withstand repetitive impact, heavy loads, and harsh environments, all while being produced at a competitive price point.
